Directions from Outside Newport.

The direct route is to come from Junction 27 of the M4 and then follow Risca Road towards the town centre. For the Private Practice turn left down Preston Road or for the clinic then the main landmark is the Handpost Pub, at the traffic lights, where you should turn left into Llanthewy Road. The same directions, from Cardiff, can be used for getting to the clinic at No. 4 Llanthewy Road

From the M4 coming from the Chepstow direction to the Clinic take exit 25A. Then drive to the centre of town. At the roundabout where you see the castle go round it until you turn left underneath the multi-storey car park. The Railway station is on your right. You are on Bridge Street. At the second roundabout you will see the very large Civic Centre. Make a left turn here onto Llanthewy Road and you will see the Newport Clinic of Holistic Health on the right.
