It is a year since I had my hypnotic session with you and a year since I last smoked. I could not have done it without your help.

Fear of Flying:
I came to you a few months ago to prepare me for flying to Australia. This is just a note to let you know that I got on very well with the flight. So thanks very much for your help.

Exams:
I came to you for hypnosis to help with my A Levels, since I needed high grades to become a doctor. The grades I got are high enough for me to study medicine and I am very grateful to you.

I got my results about a week ago and I passed my Medical Degree with honours. After your help my confidence going into the written examination was increased and I am sure that improved my performance. Thank you very much for your help-it is greatly appreciated.

Past Life regression:
My session with you was an amazing experience. I look forward to your return from holiday and will be in touch with you for a further session.

Inner Strength:
I just wanted you to know that my "Inner Strength" work has held me in good stead-which we knew it would-and I say "Thanks for all your help".

Dr. Plowman was the first hypno/psychotherapist that I had knowingly met. I immediately felt comfortable with him. By his expertise he has opened up my life and given me confidence to do things I never would have imagined possible.
